Straight answers about selling empty HP45 cartridges, our grading, shipping, payment and our remanufactured cartridges.
We Only Buy Genuine HP Original HP45 Cartridges
We accept genuine HP original HP45 (51645A) cartridges only. Non-original, compatible, remanufactured or previously refilled cartridges are not accepted.

Do you accept non-original, compatible or remanufactured cartridges?
No. We only buy genuine HP original HP45 (51645A) cartridges. Non-original, compatible, remanufactured or previously refilled cartridges are not accepted and receive no payment.
How much do you pay for empty HP45 cartridges?
The price depends on the grade (A, B or C), the quantity and current demand, so we do not publish fixed prices. Send us the quantity and photos and we will quote you — the final price is confirmed via WhatsApp. See the grading rules.
Do you buy used HP 51645A cartridges?
Yes. 51645A is the part number of the HP45 black cartridge. Used, empty, genuine HP original 51645A cartridges are exactly what we buy.
Which condition qualifies?
A genuine HP original shell with no cracks, no drill holes or plugs, and an undamaged nozzle plate and contact strip. Cosmetic wear only affects the grade. Details are on the price list & grades page.
What do you NOT accept?
Non-original, compatible or remanufactured cartridges; cartridges that have been refilled before; cracked or drilled shells; cartridges with a damaged or scratched nozzle plate or missing contacts; other cartridge models; and loose ink or other waste.
Can you return cartridges that you do not accept?
No. Items that are not accepted, or sent in error, cannot be returned. They are sent for responsible material recycling. Please check our recycling terms before shipping.
Where do I send my cartridges?
To our remanufacturing base in Hong Kong. Our Hong Kong receiving address is provided after the quantity is confirmed. We send it to you on WhatsApp together with your quote reference.
Shipping & payment
Who pays shipping?
Shipping cost is agreed by mutual negotiation between both parties. For bulk partners we can help arrange pickup or consolidated freight to Hong Kong.
How do I get paid? Do you use escrow?
Payment is made after inspection and your confirmation of the inspection result. Payment / escrow method is agreed by mutual negotiation between both parties.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Small quantities are welcome for a quote. Bulk pickup available for 1,000 units or more. See bulk partners.
Do you offer bulk pickup?
Yes. Bulk pickup available for 1,000 units or more. Shipping cost is agreed by mutual negotiation between both parties. Contact us on WhatsApp with your quantity and location.
How should I pack the cartridges?
One cartridge per sealed bag, nozzle protected, tightly packed in a strong carton with padding. Full instructions: how to ship.
Products
Is a remanufactured HP45 as good as a new one?
A properly remanufactured cartridge starts from a genuine original shell and print head, which is deep-cleaned, refilled and print-tested at our Hong Kong base. Each one passes quality control before sale. Ask us for a sample to test on your own printer or coder.
What is the difference between new and remanufactured?
New cartridges are never-used units. New cartridges are sourced from HP45 cartridge manufacturers, then tested, sealed and sold. Remanufactured cartridges start from a recovered genuine original shell and go through the full process: deep cleaning, refilling, electrical and nozzle checks, print test and final QC. Are your cartridges HP original products?
No. Our remanufactured cartridges are made by MufengTech from recovered cartridges and are not new HP products. HP45 and 51645A are used only to describe compatibility. HP is a trademark of HP Inc. MufengTech is not affiliated with HP Inc.
How much do your HP45 cartridges cost?

Programs
Can schools or charities join?
Yes. Our Green Fundraising Program lets schools, charities and offices collect empty genuine HP original HP45 cartridges and receive payment for accepted cartridges.
Is this an HP recycling program?
No. MufengTech is an independent recycler and remanufacturer. HP is a trademark of HP Inc. MufengTech is not affiliated with HP Inc.
Why is your remanufacturing done in Hong Kong?
Our remanufacturing base is in Hong Kong, where our team has years of experience remanufacturing cartridges. Empty cartridges are shipped there centrally for remanufacturing, and finished cartridges ship directly worldwide from Hong Kong.
Charity Recycling Program Terms
Does your recycling program support charity?
Yes. A portion of the proceeds from recycled cartridges is donated to charity.
Where do your new HP45 cartridges come from?
New cartridges are sourced from HP45 cartridge manufacturers, then tested, sealed and sold.
What is the minimum order quantity for new cartridges?
The minimum order quantity for new cartridges is 10 units.
How long is a quote valid?
Quotes are valid for one month from the date of issue.
Do you publish volume or tiered prices?
No. Volume (tiered) pricing is not published; pricing depends on your order quantity — ask us via WhatsApp.
