Recycling Terms & Acceptance Policy

1. Accepted items

We only buy genuine HP original HP45 (51645A) cartridges that have not been refilled or remanufactured before. Non-original, compatible or remanufactured cartridges are not accepted.

2. Quotes

Prices are not fixed. Indicative prices are given per grade via WhatsApp and are valid for one month from the date of issue. The final price is confirmed via WhatsApp after inspection.

3. Inspection and grading

Every cartridge is inspected at our Hong Kong base and graded A, B or C according to the published grading rules. You receive the count per grade and the number of rejected items with the reason.

4. Items not accepted

Items that do not meet the requirements, or are sent in error, receive no payment and cannot be returned. They are sent for responsible material recycling.

5. Shipping

Our Hong Kong receiving address is provided after the quantity is confirmed. Shipping cost is agreed by mutual negotiation between both parties. Risk of loss in transit stays with the sender until delivery.

6. Payment

Payment is made after inspection. Payment / escrow method is agreed by mutual negotiation between both parties.

7. Bulk and fundraising programs

Bulk pickup available for 1,000 units or more. The Charity Recycling Program Terms in section 8 apply.

8. Charity Recycling Program Terms

• Charity A portion of the proceeds from recycled cartridges is donated to charity.
• New cartridges New cartridges are sourced from HP45 cartridge manufacturers, then tested, sealed and sold.
• Minimum order The minimum order quantity for new cartridges is 10 units.
• Quote validity Quotes are valid for one month from the date of issue.
• Volume pricing Volume (tiered) pricing is not published; pricing depends on your order quantity — ask us via WhatsApp.

9. Independence

MufengTech (Shenzhen Mufeng Technology Limited Company) is an independent recycler and remanufacturer. HP is a trademark of HP Inc. MufengTech is not affiliated with HP Inc.
