How to Pack & Ship Your HP45 Empties
Good packing protects the nozzle plate — and a protected cartridge gets a better grade.
- Get your quote first. Send quantity and photos on WhatsApp. You receive a quote reference; our Hong Kong receiving address is provided after the quantity is confirmed.
- Sort. Genuine HP original HP45 (51645A) only. Remove compatible, remanufactured or refilled cartridges.
- Bag each cartridge in its own sealed plastic bag; use the original clip or tape if you have it.
- Pack tightly in a strong double-wall carton; fill gaps with bubble wrap or paper.
- Label the carton with your quote reference and put a packing list inside (name, quantity, contact).
- Ship to our Hong Kong receiving address (provided after the quantity is confirmed). Send us the tracking number on WhatsApp.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is agreed by mutual negotiation between both parties. Bulk pickup available for 1,000 units or more.
Do not ship loose ink, toner, other cartridge models or waste. Items not accepted or sent in error cannot be returned.
